All of the dishes being served in our restaurant have been expertly paired by Sam Caporn, Hardys specialist wine development manager, whose trained palate is one of the best in the business, to match Hardys wines with the delicious dishes presented. You can buy these by the glass or by the bottle from the central bar, to ensure a perfect palate match for your meal!
